DAFM aerial survey successfully launched

Getmapping are delighted to report that we have successfully commenced our aerial data capture of the Republic of Ireland following our recent contract win with DAFM. This is the start of an 84,000 square Kilometre aerial survey of the Republic and its off-shore islands.

Over the next few weeks we will start supplying DAFM with up-to-date 25cm, fully orthorectified aerial imagery and a 2 metre Digital Surface Model (DSM) for the Republic. This data will be available to all our customers from September 2021.
